Panel: Perspectives on Centralized vs. Individualized Marketing for Today's Commercial Real Estate Company

This panel discussion was absolutely amazing. Sarah, Joshua and Linda each posed questions to the esteemed panel of marketing superstars of #CRE as well as a superstar broker who participated as well. Topics included social media - who does what and how; Blogging: Do brokers blog and if so, do they get help from the marketing professionals; Are there lines not to be crossed? Yes, there are! For instance, logos, colors, and style of blogs or websites matter to corporations and in fact, some corporations allow personal branding, while others say no. Are we all cookie cutters when it comes to marketing? Absolutely not, but deep down, the fundamentals are there. Most brokers are not using social media or online marketing as they should and it seems to be a steep learning curve for all. The ability for any broker to dominate a market today is still a wide open opportunity as most brokers are not embracing Linkedin, Twitter or their own personal brand. The commercial real estate marketing professional is still the captain of the ship and the good marketers today are working towards helping their brokers learn more.
