Diversity is something important to our team at The Content Funnel. Our executive team has often discussed ways we can push inclusivity across the spectrum. This blog is one part of that effort.

In honor of Black History Month, we partnered with REAP (The Real Estate Associate Program) to highlight some of the incredible professionals bringing fresh perspectives to the commercial real estate industry. REAP is an industry-backed, market-driven program that empowers talented minority commercial real estate professionals to rise to the top of their field. Its recruiting process is competitive, and many successful companies turn to REAP to find top talent in their field. Over 1,000 persons seeking a career in commercial real estate have graduated REAP programs. Many graduates have been placed in leading firms across the world.
